What comes with the site?
- Flash Slideshow on the homepage that you can edit
- Up to 250 e-mail addresses @ your new domain name
- The ability to update your website on the fly at your convenience with your own login link
- WordPress: A world-wide recognized and highly awarded open-source content management system with thousands of tutorial and walk-thru videos available
- WordPress Theme: We can install any theme you want, however we strongly recommend U-Design and Lunar and its cost ($35) is included with our offer. With either theme you can modify all colors on the site from the background to the color of your headlines, as well as the fonts. In addition it offers multiple layout options. We recommend these themes because in our experience it is the least buggy with the most options, and it comes with a great deal of technical support.
- Technical Support: Each new site comes with 5 free hours of tech support. This free time allows our customers to get acquainted with using WordPress and ask all the questions they want, while the cap allows us to keep the costs (and therefore the prices) low. Additional support time is billed at an hourly rate.
- Hosting and a domain name for one year.
Extras we always include:
- 1 Form (usually a Contact Us form)
- Custom 404, and 500 error pages
- Just in case someone searches for a page that doesn't exist
- Submission of the live site to the most popular Search Engines
- MSN, Google, Yahoo, and Ask

What the site doesn't come with:
- Upgrades: On occassion WordPress will release an upgrade and it will notify you in your admin console. While 98% of these upgrades are simply "click to update" and have no flaws, on rare occassions they do require a technical hand. Because they are a third party open source software, we don't provide free technical support for those issues (simply because we didn't write it). That said, if you don't upgrade your site nothing bad will happen - your site will continue to function as it always has. If you do wish to upgrade and you find you require help, please get in touch with us regarding "manual WordPress updates" and we'll be happy to give you a quote.
