What's the benefit to an installed blog versus one you could get on the internet?

First and foremost the main problem with an Internet blog is that it doesn't look like your site. Clients are redirected away from your current prices and product listings to a separate site hosted by a different company that has their logo and domain name on your content. It may not be a huge deal at first, but as your site gets more traffic, you'll find yourself wishing your other content was in closer proximity to your regular site's content. Secondly, and perhaps the best reason to have a on-site blog, the traffic you generate through your blog shows up on your web stats reports. This allows you to really see where people are going to on your site once they leave your blog. (Google Analytics can be installed at the same time for just $25 more. • Hosting* (if you need it): $10/month

*A new hosting plan is only required if you need to switch from your current setup in order to support the database the blog requires to work. Most hosting packages out there include database support so chances are if you're already online you won't need it. But we have a great plan if you do for just $10/mo (paid bi-annually or annually.)
