Did you login this morning to add a new downloadable product (product with a link) to your WooCommerce setup and the download portion was missing?

Fix WooCommerce Plugins Without Reinstalling Them
Login and go to your Plugins page and check for an update to your WooCommerce plugin(s). As soon as I ran the updates, my checkbox for the Downloadable and Virtual options came back.
But wait, you’re not done!
Save a Copy of Your Database and Then Update Your WooCommerce Database
You’ll need to update the WooCommerce database as well, but before you do you need to make your own export… just in case.
On the next page choose All Content, and the blue Download Export File button. All this does is save your content, not your plugins, etc., but we just want a quick backup. You can install more robust backup systems, like All in One WP Security to get a full DB backup if you’d prefer.
Go back to the WooCommerce Homepage (you’ll have a new dialog box pop up to show you the new features since your plugin update).
Now you can click on that blue Update button.
Check Your Products Page
Now when you create a new product, or go into edit an old one, you should see the header has returned:
