This past Christmas holiday @thirddaymarket, a Christmas tree farm with a few other businesses including a country store and a coffee/food shop, sent me a HUUUGGEEE Christmas wreath for our front door - just to say thanks for helping them get their website ready in time for the Christmas tree/wreath season. ⁣

Need free software that will help you record you, Need free software that will help you record you, or your screen? Zoom is an incredibly easy software that hit it big in early 2020. ⁣
I made a fairly short video on how to record both yourself, you and others on the call, and how to share your screen and record that. ⁣
Check it out @wendy_litteral link.
Yep. I got really sick of Instagram's games, prete Yep. I got really sick of Instagram's games, pretending I liked doing reels (well, at least the way the experts were telling me to do them - and then not having them do very well). ⁣
⁣
Instagram only really works for me when I'm social - aka Stories, but posting to my feed is important for newbies to my channel and for appearing active. ⁣
⁣
That's when I realized something. If it doesn't matter that much, other than the appearance of being active and making a good first impression on newbies... then why am I pulling my hair out over it? Just schedule posts using a scheduler software and that way if nothing else, at least once per day a little connection goes out to the universe that does one of four things:⁣
⁣
1. Inspire - quotes, general motivation⁣
2. Educate on design and marketing⁣
3. Personalize/Humanize me⁣
4. Sell something⁣
⁣
And go on repeat. That's the method, and it's great. Evaluate it at the end of the quarter, see if I want to make changes, and then schedule out the next 3 months. ⁣
⁣
So that the how, now the "what" of what to post is in my guidebook over at creationdepot.com/supersimple (@wendy_litteral for link)

Yeah, you probably triggered a keyboard shortcut or bumped a specific button in your interface. No worries, it's incredibly easy to remove. Link to tutorial in bio @wendy_litteral⁣

This is a bit of a repost, but as my kids get read This is a bit of a repost, but as my kids get ready to go back to school after Winter Break I'm just beyond grateful for what this world of telecommuting has brought to our family. ⁣
I can run forgotten lunches over at the drop of a hat.⁣
I can pick up a sick kid without having to make them wait for 2 hours while I battle traffic. ⁣
I can run errands on my lunch break?! Which means my weekends aren't chuck full of non-fun things. That was near impossible to do when I commuted to D.C. ⁣
It is very, very, very rewarding to help others pursue their business dreams because I know how much telecommuting has changed my life. ⁣
